TODAY'S YOUNG GIRLS ARE STRUGGLING WITH SELF-IMAGE, SELF-WORTH, ANXIETY, STRESS AND EVEN DEPRESSION.
Girl Unlimited is a growth mindset program that uses the help of neuroscience and behavioral psychology to improve mental well-being, increase productivity, and achieve success through awareness, visualization, and action.
Our program includes lessons in emotional and logical thinking, understanding gratitude, values and how to set personal boundaries, and even nutrition, self-care, and relaxation.
As a member of Girl Unlimited, we want every girl to create a life where she can truly thrive!

What We Do
Girl Unlimited, we believe in UNLIMITED possibilities. If you have the right support and mindset… you can do EVERYTHING you want!
With Girl Unlimited, first, we focus on where each girl is at physically, emotionally, and mentally, in her own life. Through our program, we help her to recognize who she is now and how she has grown over the years.
Then, we help create an environment of awareness and empower her to continue to grow by cultivating her to be focused forward.
Measuring Her Success!
Through our program, girls between the ages of 11-16 will be encouraged and supported to recognize their skills and talents through group and individual coaching.
By inspiring young girls to acknowledge their strengths and achievements, this will help them continue to grow. Our goal during each session is to help center each member around personal development, to create a feeling of inner peace, and happiness, which will build self-worth and boost confidence.
Why We Do It
With the explosion and accessibility of social media, young girls are being pressured with unrealistic ideals of what and who they should be.
Every day they are targeted with images of impractical body goals, a romanticized life of instant gratifications, and toxic mindsets pressuring them to be perfect physically, mentally, and emotionally.
They are being told they should be 'keeping up' with reality stars or that they should want to be 'insta-famous'.
By focusing on what they DON'T have, this is affecting their mental, physical, and social health!
We want to change that!
Why It's Important
We want to create change by having every girl who belongs to Girl Unlimited to be excited about life.
We want each one to wake up every morning with a passion and a drive to live their lives to the fullest.
We also want all of their wishes and desires, that they have chosen for themselves, to come true and for them to be able to build love and trust with others who want the same out of life.
We encourage our young girls to grow through education, awareness, empowerment, and compassion.

Glo'ing Up with Coaching
Girl Unlimited's program starts with 1:1 Coaching Sessions. These coaching sessions are 30 minutes and focus on our Glo'Up Agility Coaching Model.

Social Media can be a scary and unsafe place for young girls. But you still may want your Glo Girl to connect with others around the world.
This is why we created The Glo-Zone!
The Glo-Zone is a safe space for only Girl Unlimited members to meet new friends and chat about their lives. (Think Facebook without the drama or "like" pressure, and will be monitored by our staff.)
We want all of our members to encourage and support each other and this is the best place for them to come together.
